Welsh Cycling needs you!

Next weekend (Saturday the 19th May) , there is an MTB commissaire course running at Newport Velodrome. As it stands, there is only 1 person booked on it and there is the real possibility of cancellation. This poses a problem as we have very few MTB commissaires in Wales and it puts the Welsh MTB series under threat for next year.
Being a commissaire is a fantastic way to engage and give back to the the sport. A good commissaire will ensure that races go off without a hitch. A great commissaire will do that and help develop and improve the race landscape. We completely understand that people lead busy lives and find it difficult to commit, but if you’re interested in seeing the sport flourish, willing and able to help and can cover 1 event (or maybe 2) then Welsh Cycling would love to hear from you.
