The club has an excellent cyclo-cross presence, regularly enjoying success across the categories. However ‘cross’ racing is as much about the race community as the racing itself. Cardiff JIF is proud to support the Welsh league and organises the opening fixture of the season each year. You’ll also find Jiffies organising co-hosted training sessions – with other clubs – manning the pits, marshalling, coaching, ringing cowbells and screaming at the tops of our voices. Cross is probably the best way to maintain road fitness during the off season and finest way to hone your racing skills in a closed, traffic free environment. In short…….WE LOVE CROSS.
