A day in the dunes; Ideal for all club members (including JIFkids) this Sunday (21st Feb) we have arranged a coaching and training day at Pembrey coastal park. Details as follows

Meet in Pembrey car park near dry ski slow at 10:30am.

Skills session, 11am-12pm

The skills session will centre around the singletrack and dunes that featured in the recent cyclo-cross race and form the basis of the forthcoming ‘Battle on the Beach’. It’s an ideal environment to hone your offroad skills in the company of club coaches. Skills coaching is likely to include: Descending, cornering, dealing with roots and obstacles.

Lunch in café, 12pm

Bring some dosh….

Post lunch ride, 12,45pm – 2pm

The ride will be an exploration of the immediate area with perhaps the odd coaching opportunity exploited. Relaxed and fun; a a fine way to end the weekend.
